The tenth gold of Ukraine has brought divers – Alexander horshkovozov and Anastasia Nedobiha became Champions of the Universiade in the team tournament. Ukrainians after two jumps were in seventh place but managed to improve and stay ahead in the final minutes of team Canada and Germany.
Double victory ended the final on the jump in women. Oksana Okuneva with a score of 1.97 meters, won the gold and Irina Gerashchenko (1,91 meters) took second place.
One more medal of the higher test Ukraine won in competitions on rhythmic gymnastics. Marina Makarova, Valeriy gudym, Daria Owl, Anastasia Podrushnyak and Alina Bagno became Champions in the all-around. Gorgeous Ukrainian women completed the program with five hoops, three balls and
two ropes, beating the team from Chinese Taipei on 1.5 points.
Two awards of the bronze dignity of Ukrainian students won the volleyball and Wushu – women’s team in the match for third place with the score 3:1 beat Chinese Taipei, and Ilona olkhovyk became the third in category to 60 kg.
