The head of the OSCE, Minister for foreign Affairs of Austria Sebastian Kurz strongly condemned the explosion of a car with OSCE observers in the occupied Donbas.
He wrote about this in his Twitter.
“Tragic news from Ukraine: SMM patrol ran over a mine. One member of the OSCE killed and one wounded. Heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased and team SMM. The death of a colleague is a shock for the whole of the OSCE. I hope that the wounded observer will soon recover,” said Kurtz.
It also requires a thorough investigation into the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.
