The car of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE), stepped on a land mine near the city of Lugansk.

As it reported a source in the “power structures” of the self-proclaimed LNR, in the result of incident there are victims.

“A car of the OSCE observers, according to preliminary data, near the village of Prishib, Slavyanoserbsk district hit a land mine set by unknown on the route, there are victims,” – said the Agency interlocutor.

According to him, “reconnaissance” LC believes that the bomb could be installed along the road deliberately to provoke.

“Previously there was information about the activity of Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the area. They were preparing a provocation against members of international organizations”, – said the source.
