The man died from wounds to the neck.
Today in Stryj district, an elderly man suffered a fatal gunshot wound while hunting. Militiamen established previously that the death of a local resident involved in his son, the press service of the police in Lviv region.
“Previously it is established that injuries to the victim, 64-year-old resident of the district received after midnight. Unregistered armed with smoothbore muskets, he, along with 38-year-old son the night went on a wild boar. During night hunting, and the tragedy occurred,” – said the head of Department of criminal investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Lviv region, police Colonel Sergei Bogdanov.
Wounded in the neck father and son were taken to the district center stry. On the road the man died.
At the scene investigative team found evidence indicating the possible involvement of the death of the man his son. Unregistered guns police seized and sent for examination.
Now circumstances of incident are established. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (premeditated murder).
To the man threatens till fifteen years of prison.
We will remind, near Chernigov accidentally shot and killed a huntsman. The victim received a gunshot wound in the neck and died on the spot.
