Suspect in murder faces 15 years in prison

Under Kropiwnicki two friends kidnapped a friend and in the trunk of the car took him outside the village. There one of the attackers beat and strangled his victim. And then, to cover up the crime, the perpetrator simulated suicide.

About it reported in a press-service of the police in Kirovohrad region.

The day of the tragedy, two friends helped the companion and his relatives to harvest vegetables. After work they had consumed alcohol during dinner. The owner got drunk and went to rest, his comrades remembered old grievances. One of them lifted the victim out of bed and force pushed him into a car trunk.

Then they went outside the village. There, on the spot one of them stayed in the cabin, and the other forced the victim to get out of the trunk and pulled to the side to conduct “educational” work.

How did you find the police before the victim turned out to be in the loop, the attacker struck him in the chest and was being squeezed with a rope neck. When he realized that his friend wasn’t breathing, he decided to conceal the crime to mimic a suicide.

Then both the attacker returned to their homes, where they were detained by the police.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 146 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “Illegal imprisonment or kidnapping” and part 1 of article 115 of UK “Premeditated murder”.

For these actions partner faces up to five years in prison, a suspect in the murder – 15 years.

As previously reported, in the Kharkiv region, the murder occurred in one of the local villages. The body of the deceased was found by the villagers. He was a 47-year-old local resident.
