3 road company was fined 37 million UAH for conspiracy.
The Odessa regional territorial office of Antimonopoly Committee (AMKU) has uncovered a conspiracy in the procurement of maintenance of roads.
This was stated by the Chairman of AMKU Yury Terentyev on his Facebook page.
Thus, the Agency discovered a conspiracy of the companies in the procurement of maintenance of roads in the cities of Odessa, Chernovtsy, Nikolaev, kealia, current repair of motor roads of General use of state importance N-03 Zhitomir-Chernivtsi motor road of state importance P-46 Kharkiv-Okhtyrka.
Therefore, on 28 December 2017 interim administrative Board of the AMCU fined the company SK Dorlider, SK Dorservis and Pivdenhidromash 37 million UAH.
