Ukrtransnafta has determined the date of the negotiations with Russia

The oil situation in “Friendship” “came in the period of Easter and may holidays.

The next round of negotiations with Russia on the localization of substandard Russian oil pipeline “Friendship” will be held on may 14.

This was announced by first Deputy General Director of JSC “Ukrtransnafta” Andrey Pasishnik.

“In the pipeline “Odessa-Kremenchug” – Brent Azeri, oil pipeline “Druzhba” – the Urals … For the resumption of transit in the EU need to release at least one thread of Friendship from substandard oil,” said Pasishnik.

He added that the temporary storage of non-conforming oil “is the subject of negotiations with Russia, the next round of which will take place on 14 may.”

The representative of Ukrtransnafta said that the oil situation in “Friendship” “came in the period of Easter and may holidays, so had difficulties with the participation of government agencies in addressing this problem.”
