The review covered 132 of the object in 21 region of Ukraine.
Since the beginning of March 2017 the specialists of “Ukravtodor” and the state enterprise “Dorcentr” reviewed the technical condition of the 132 facilities in 21 region of Ukraine, which in 2016 was held on the current average repair, which revealed unsatisfactory performance of contractors.

“83% of the objects detected defects. Only 23 objects have no obvious defects. Minor defects are fixed at 57 sites, significant defects – at 52 sites. The most common defects after carried out repairs are destruction and deformity on the new surface: potholes, cracks, rut, opening of joints, subsidence of the road surface”, – is spoken in the message.
The monitoring group recorded the unfinished repairs. Also causes defects called technical errors, use of inappropriate materials or work in bad weather conditions.
“The responsibility for technical defects by 100% borne by the contractor. I want to emphasize that all defects that appear after the execution of the works, shall be repaired by contractors within warranty, period, we have identified them – until the end of may,” – said the head of “Ukravtodor” Slawomir Nowak.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis and in General, the law No. 5386 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On roads” regarding clarification of certain powers of body of state administration of motor roads of General use”. The document was supported by 236 deputies.
