The relevant law entered into force.
The law provides that a person residing in a Dorm room more than 5 years and who have no other housing has the right to privatize their room.
To do this, the resident must have the warrant on which he settled and lived for a lease of the premises. And the hostel should belong to the community.
In Ukraine such a right will be able to use half a million people.
The law does not apply to those who have lodged in a hostel on the course or in connection with the work.
