“February 10 at the nearest SYNOPTIC term, days 5-10 will be a historic day. That day, because just in the daytime these voracious severe frosts finally begin to draw the tail and retreat. Tomorrow during the day the temperature will show more or less sane degree, it is expected, imagine, -4 -10 degrees. I do not want to itemize, so it’s nice sounds. Again -4-10” – said the forecaster.
