Ukrainians opened the access to the new Google app

Android Pay allows you to pay goods and services using a mobile device.

Today, November 1, at the Hilton Kyiv took place the official presentation of the new for Ukraine product from Google – Android Pay. The app itself is Android Pay became available in Ukraine, the day before the presentation – 31 Oct.

Android Pay – by Google technology to pay for goods and services using special apps for mobile devices. It allows you to pay directly from the phone in regular and online stores and pay for purchases in apps.

Android Pay uses wireless data transmission technology short-range (NFC) to transmit card data to the seller. It replaces the chip with a PIN code or magnetic strip on credit and debit cards, allowing the user to load these data into the device.

Ukraine became the 15th country in the world, which has Android Pay. First, of course, were the United States. Also Android Pay use our “neighbors” – in Russia, the service operates from 23 may this year, and in Poland from 17 November 2016.
