Ukrainians have suggested, in what numbers will be magnetic storms

December will be rich in magnetic storms.

First, we should expect 4 to 7 number. Meteorologists predict the days of a powerful disturbance in the earth’s magnetosphere. The storm will be from weak to medium levels.

The next storm this month is to be expected from 11 to 13 December. Long solar winds adversely affect the health and wellbeing of people.

But the most powerful magnetic storm is attacking Earth on December 18. She will be one day, but quite strong. Therefore, we must be prepared for sudden deterioration of health.

Doctors advise most to follow the correct mode of the day, go to bed on time, balanced and regular meals. The other day avoid spicy, alcohol, reduce the consumption of sweets.

Fasting during a storm is not necessary. In fact, like to overeat. A grueling workout it is advisable to postpone, light exercises for all muscle groups would be welcome.
