Ukrainians have named the main criteria for the purchase of the townhouse

One of the conditions of purchase is the low price

Good transport accessibility and price are among the main factors when choosing a townhouse.

But the desire to settle on any particular track is not shared by so many buyers. In accordance with surveys, 5% of the buyers of townhouses in suburban complexes are guided on a specific route in the search of a household.

Another 21% of respondents looking for a rural property in a particular area in the Kiev region, for example, West or South. However, only 6% of these buyers the choice of direction is fundamental.

The majority of respondents — 74% — said that the choice of the townhouse are guided by such basic parameters as price, accessibility, quality of construction and infrastructure and the natural environment. And if countryside property fits the specified parameters, on which the track is located, is not critical.
