The tax is charged to owners of apartments area not less than 60 square meters and houses ranging from 120 square meters. The Ukrainians, who did not declare their income and do not pay taxes, may be subject to criminal liability, says lawyer Alexander Plakhotnik. “The penalty can be 10-20% of the debt.
