Ukraine and Georgia agreed to speed up the abolition of the visa regime between the countries. This was reported in Facebook the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Sayenko following the meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze.
So, Saenko, while in Georgia, met with newly appointed Prime Minister Bakhtadze. In particular, Saenko gave Bakhtadze invitation on behalf of Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman to make an official visit to Ukraine this autumn.
“Agreed to accelerate the completion of the internal procedures for the mutual abolition of the visa regime and enable trips of citizens of Ukraine and Georgia between the two countries on internal biometric passports,” – he said.
