Ukrainian drivers who have a license for passenger transport will be required to have special yellow license plates.

“We are developing the documents. All official legal carriers who have the appropriate certificates and have the right to carry passengers, their vehicles will be supplied on the yellow license plates,” — said at the briefing Deputy Minister of infrastructure, Yuriy Lavrenyuk.
New license plates will allow taxi drivers, drivers of minibuses and other vehicles that carry passengers legally, the legal right to drop off and pick up passengers in the places where they stay now prohibited. In addition, they are allowed to move in the lane along with public transport.
