In the area of Avdeevka of Donetsk region enemy saboteurs tried to break through the positions of Ukrainian troops but were rebuffed, and suffered losses.
This was reported by an officer of the Armed forces of Ukraine with the call sign “Lefty”.
“The enemy had the audacity, or courage, and left the tank and started shelling our positions,” said “Lefty”.
According to him, tank shelling soon stopped, but the terrorists continued provocation: a few hours before the attack through the positions of AFU were trying to get the saboteurs.
“There are dead and wounded there. In order to get the wounded, the enemy used a tank and shot smoke shells,” said “Lefty”.
