Ukrainian service of Euronews from may 21 will stop broadcasting after nearly 6 years of work.
This was reported on the page of the TV channel in Facebook.
“The Ukrainian service of the euronews forgiven… After almost 6 years of our work, on Sunday, may 21, Euronews will stop broadcasting in Ukrainian. Thank you for watching, and for reading us. All the best! Glory To Ukraine!” – said in a note.
As you know, in December of 2016, representatives of the Ukrainian, Iranian, Arabic and several other language editions, Euronews held a warning one-day strike. The initiator of the campaign was the Ukrainian edition, protesting in this way against the plans of the management to cease from next April broadcasting in Ukrainian from-for shortages of financing.
