Exports of goods from Ukraine for eight months of 2017 amounted to $27.5 billion, with $11 billion accounted for exports to the EU. About this in his Facebook said trade representative Natalia Mykolskiy.
“Exports for the first eight months of 2017 amounted to $27.5 billion and increased $4.8 billion compared to eight months in 2016,” she wrote.
As noted, the growth in comparison with 8 months of 2016, was 21.1%.
The largest partner in exports of goods from Ukraine is the European Union, its share was 40%. Followed by Russia (9,5%), Turkey (5,8%), India (5.3 percent), Egypt (4.8 percent), China (4.6 percent).
Compared to the same period last year, the EU exports over the first eight months of this year increased by $ 2.4 billion, or 27.9% and amounted to 11 billion dollars. Among the regions with the highest dynamics of growth of exports to the EU showed Kiev, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Poltava regions.
In the structure of exports from Ukraine to the EU about one third falls on agricultural products and food industry, followed by metallurgical products (21,4%) and engineering (15.3 per cent).
