Ukrainian broadcaster prevented the suicide of the Japanese

Dmitry Komarov helped the girl, who tried several times to commit suicide, to make sense of life.

In the new edition of the project “the World inside out. Japan” to “1+1” TV presenter Dmitry Komarov helped 27-year-old Yayo, which has several times tried to commit suicide, to rediscover the meaning of life.

Yayo already familiar to the audience since the first issue of a series of programs about Japan. Then Dmitri met her at the rock where she announced about their intentions to settle scores with life. From Yayo has a husband, children and a job, but she saw no reason to live on. The presenter was deeply impressed by the story of a girl, and he invited her to hike to the top of the volcano Fujiyama. The incredible beauty of the “mountain of the gods” and the arguments leading travel show helped convince Yayo to abandon their intentions.

“Climbing mount Fuji was my dream. But I even could not imagine that a chance meeting with Yayo turn the dream into an important mission, which has a price of human life. I was coming down the mountain and thought that sometimes just talking with someone who is hard on the soul, to save his life”, – says Dmitry. The girl thanked the Russian for the trip and an unforgettable experience, and promised that more will not try to commit suicide.

“Thank you. You changed my mind and probably my life. I never communicated with people from other countries, and for two days my vision of the world completely changed. I realized how narrowly I was looking at the world. But it is much wider than I thought. Thank you for climbing it. I am not going to live as before,” said Yayo.
