National energy company “Ukrenergo” signed the contract on accession of Ukraine to the European energy system today, at the Assembly of Association of European operators of the energy market ENTSO-E.

“After two years of hard preparatory work, after dozens of talks in Europe over the last half year we managed to defend our right soon to join European power grid and at the same time to break another needle energy dependence on the Russian aggressor,” wrote Kovalchuk.
