Ukraine is planning its own production of parts for helicopters.
Until the end of 2017, the Ukrainian company “Motor Sich” plans to start production of the blades for a military attack helicopter MI-24 that was purchased in Russia.
This at a press conference said Deputy Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Yuriy Brovchenko.
According to him, currently the company is testing the blades of their own production. It exercised it for their own means together with foreign investors.
We will remind, experts of the company “Motor Sich”, together with design Bureau “Luch” has developed a shock version of the helicopter Mi-8MSB-IN, which will be installed anti-tank missiles RK-2V “Barrier-In”.
