The national team of Ukraine according to the rating fell to the second division of the League of Nations. “Blue-yellow” is located in the second basket, where team Sweden, Ireland and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The composition of the basket League B:
Pot 1: Austria, Wales, Russia, Slovakia;
Pot 2: Sweden, Ukraine, Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Pot 3: Northern Ireland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Turkey.
In the first group of potential players of the national team of Ukraine are the only three teams because the draw of the League of Nations Russia and Ukraine for political reasons will be divided into different groups.
In the elite division of the League of Nations before the draw the teams have been distributed as follows:
Pot 1: Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Spain;
Pot 2: France, England, Switzerland, Italy;
Pot 3: Poland, Iceland, Croatia, Netherlands.
The League of Nations will be an additional selection in the final stage of the European championship. For each of the four divisions of the League of Nations relies on the same spot at Euro 2022.
The draw for the premiere season of the League of Nations, UEFA on the 24th of January 2018. The first matches of the new tournament will be played in September next year.
