Ukraine will visit the leadership of the Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe.
The leadership of the Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe is the third important organ of the COE, after PACE and the Committee of Ministers will visit Ukraine on November 21-22. This was announced by Vice-President of the Chamber of regions of Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe Yulia Svetlichnaya.
According to her, traveling to Ukraine the President of the Congress Gudrun Mosler-Tornstrom, the presidents of both chambers of the Congress Chamber of local authorities and Chamber of regions, the management of the monitoring Committee.
Svetlichnaya believes that this decision shows the appreciation and achievements of the Ukrainian delegation and the interest in Ukraine.
The program of the visit of the delegation of the Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe in Ukraine is scheduled to hold meetings with the leadership of the government and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, representatives of the authorities and the public.
