The main differences between fakes and genuine notes.
The national Bank found in Ukraine clever forgery of the bills of 100 dollars, which is not identifying all terminals and automatic currency detectors. While the regulator called 8 signs of counterfeit money.
It’s about the dollar bill with the serial number KE 57836334 F. this is stated in the telegram NBU, which was sent to Ukrainian banks.
The national Bank has listed 8 grounds on which to identify a fake:
1. Used a special protected paper, not the original. Fluorescence in ultraviolet rays (UV). Visible security fibers of red, green and yellow fluoresce in the UV red and green. While in these notes visible security fibers of red and blue, does not fluoresce in UV. In some places there are watermarks in the form of dark and light the letters SS. Real banknotes is present only local watermark.
2. Local watermark in the form of a portrait of Benjamin Franklin imitated seal, and in these notes the image formed by internal paper structure.
3. Immersed in the thickness of the paper protective tape is simulated by printing on the reverse side of banknotes with white paint, the text is read, fluorescence is absent. In these banknotes shipped in the thickness of the paper transparent polymer band with images in direct and inverted form “USA 100” fluoresces pink.
4. The print quality is worse than on real bills. Image of black color from front side image and reverse side is designed with a deep seal paint has a relief that can be felt by touch. The image of the seal of the Treasury (green) made of high printing. And the serial number “KE 57836334 F”, the letter and number of the Bank “E5” performed by the printing method of printing that does not match the original (the paint has a slight relief and Shine).
