Ukraine has received new tasks from the IMF

The Fund has four demands to the Ukrainian authorities.

The international monetary Fund has put forward four requirements for Ukraine to receive the next tranche. This was announced by IMF resident representative in Ukraine Jost Longman.

“Conditions for the fourth revision of the programme are the adoption of the law on privatization, which will ensure a transparent sale of state assets, as the requirement was already adopted pension reform. We now evaluate how it fits into the pension system. You must also create an anti-corruption court and the settlement of the question with the price of gas regulation (No. 187), which was adopted in February by the government,” he said.

According to Longman also need to take land reform.

“We have not abandoned this reform. We decided to postpone it to 2018 in order to give time for its complex development and consensus in the society,” he added.

The IMF representative believes that Ukraine has already completed the program by 2/3, was obtained 12.5 billion dollars.

Among the most important of the reforms, he said reform of the banking sector, the introduction of a floating exchange rate, inflation targeting, the establishment of the NEB and the energy sector reform.
