The company “Ukrainian armored vehicles,” presented a new development – “VARTA-Innovator”.
The truck was built on the basis of American truck Ford F-550. The same chassis is built already well-known in Ukraine machine – KrAZ “Spartan”.
Technical specs have not been disclosed. We can only note that the same “Spartan” is equipped with a 6.7-liter “Ford” diesel engine capacity of 400 horsepower. The engine is paired with automatic transmission.
It’s possible that the developers of the new “options” use the same layout.
According to the company, the armored car was developed by order of the National guard, which is part of the Ministry of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
