Ukraine has banned the two series of drug against prostate cancer.
Ukraine introduced an official ban on the sale, storage and sales of two series of medical drug “Casodex”. This medication is used to treat prostate cancer.
About it reports a press-service of the State service of Ukraine on drugs and drug control.
Corresponding ban imposed by the Ukrainian office for sale, storage and sales of the drug “Casodex” (tablets, coated tablets, 50 mg №28 (14×2) in blister packs) series LF279 and RT322 production “Corden Pharma GmbH” (Germany) and “AstraZeneca UK limited” (great Britain) marked in Turkish.
The ban was imposed due to the fact that the drug did not get the conclusion about the quality of the imported Ukraine of medicines that is can be a counterfeit.
In this regard, the civil service has obliged all subjects of the state engaged in the sale, storage and use of this drug immediately check the presence of prohibited forms of the drug and remove them from circulation for disposal or destruction.
