Ukraine announced the final parameters of the first independent release of Eurobonds in 2014. On Tuesday, September 19, reported the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
So, notes that will be issued bonds of external government loan of $3 billion, with final maturity on September 25, 2032 in four equal installments: March 25, 2031, and September 25, 2031 March 25, 2032 September 25, 2032. On the bonds will accrue interest at the rate of 7,375% per annum.
It is expected that the new issue will be assigned a rating not lower than B – credit rating Agency Standard & Poor’s and B by Fitch ratings.
Also in the Ministry of Finance announced that payments on the new issue would be held on 25 September 2017.
The organizers of the transaction were the banks BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and J. P. Morgan.
