The company “Gracenote” in the 100 days before the start presented the medal forecast for the upcoming winter Olympic games in Pyeongchang.
Ukraine at the Olympics in South Korea predicting one bronze award and the 30th place in the medal standings. Most likely, the only prize will be won in the biathlon, where Ukrainian athletes are traditionally more competitive than in other winter disciplines.
The main victors of the Olympic games in Pyeongchang should be the German national team. The Germans are predicting 35 medals (14 gold, 12 silver and 9 bronze). The main persecutors of Germany have become traditional favorites of the winter Games in Norway (32 medals – 12 gold, 10 silver and 10 bronze), Canada (31 medals – 5 gold,13 silver and 13 bronze) and the USA (29 medals – 10 gold, 7 silver and 12 bronze).
