The European football Union (UEFA) finally approved the format of the League of Nations.
In the fall of 2018, UEFA is launching a new tournament in the League of Nations start 55 teams divided into four divisions (A, b, C and D) according to the UEFA rankings, taken after the completion of the qualifying round for the 2018 world Cup.
Members of the League and will play four matches, and representatives of the Leagues C and D will hold from four to six matches.

The League of Nations will be part of the qualification for Euro 2020. Decisive matches of the playoffs for the right to go to the continental forum will take place in March 2020.
