In these countries, Uber and Yandex.A taxi will formally remain parallel services, but only for passengers – drivers will get new tools in the form of a single client, but it will happen soon. The new app will be launched immediately after the closing of the transaction, and it is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. Of course, the question immediately arises about how much more expensive the cost of travel after the merger, because in Russia nothing is done to reduce the cost.
