Two of the protesters in Moscow opened a criminal case

The sanction of article 318 of the criminal code provides for punishment of imprisonment up to 10 years.

Two of the participants held in Moscow on Monday an unauthorized rally of the opposition prosecuted for using violence against a fighter of Regardie.

“The fact of injury to the employee of national guard troops opened a criminal case under article 318 of the Criminal code (violence against a law enforcement officer),” said a well-informed the Agency interlocutor.

According to him, the investigation questioned two men arrested on suspicion of committing this crime on unsanctioned opposition rally in Central Moscow. The sanction of article 318 of the criminal code provides for punishment of imprisonment up to 10 years.

Earlier on Monday, the Department of Department on interaction with mass media Resguardo “Interfax” reported that the employee of OMON of the Moscow Department office injured in the line of duty.

According to Regardie, unknown participant in an unsanctioned rally on Pushkin square sprayed in the face of a Riot policeman pepper spray, as a result the victim received burns to the eyes, he was given the necessary medical assistance. The offender was arrested.
