Ukrainian tennis player Lesya Tsurenko one win away from a title on hard-court tournament in Acapulco (Mexico).
For his third final in the career of Lesia Tsurenko competed with the main sensation of the new season – the Ukrainian confronted the 34-year-old tennis player from Croatia Mirjana Lucic-Baroni at the Australian Open which sensationally reached the semi-finals for the first time in his career entered the top 30 of the WTA rankings.
A full-fledged fight for the final is not out – Lucic-Baroni from the first game played like her something very disturbing. Tsurenko calmly took the game beyond the game, while the Croat with the score 0:5 not withdrew from the match, citing stomach problems. Besides, Lucic-Baroni was a massive bandage on his left thigh.

In personal meetings leads Tsurenko with the score 2:1 but last match last year in Dubai left for the tennis player from France.
