This statement rather surprised present at a meeting of representatives of the chiefs of staff of the United States and especially Secretary of state Tillerson.
At the same time, officials explained the head of state the difficulties that entails an increase of the nuclear potential. They also explained to Trump that today the United States has more military power than in the past, when the country had a broader nuclear Arsenal.
