Scientists aboard the research vessel “Nautilus” since 2008, travel through the ocean in search of miracles. They saw so many big-eyed, spiky, multi-colored and other strange creatures that seem to have nothing to be surprised. But recently the group came to the delight of the encounter with the squid-vampire and Medusa Deepstaria.
Live jellyfish, which resembles a transparent bag, it was filmed using a remotely operated underwater vehicle ROV, which illuminated her green laser. The footage was obtained during a journey through the archipelago Revilla-Gigedo (a series of Islands, about 600 km from the Pacific coast of Mexico).
“This is the most relaxing thing I’ve ever seen,” said one of the scientists who participated in the expedition.
