Transcarpathia residents warned about high risk of avalanches

31 December 2017 was already an avalanche.

2-3 January in connection with snowfalls in the highlands of Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathian regions, it is expected a significant snow avalanche hazard.

At the same time claimed that roughly 31 Dec 2017 was already an avalanche.

When examining the avalanche sites SL Plai (Transcarpathian region) discovered climbing wet avalanches with North Eastern exposure mount Temnatik: the height of the gap 1050 m above sea level, with a volume of 12,500 cubic meters. No losses.
