Traditional recipes of sedatives

Sedatives can freely buy in the drugstores – many of these preparations are sold without a doctor’s prescription from a doctor.

But not only Pharma industry is able to relieve irritation and fatigue, relieve anxiety and fear, normalize psycho-emotional background. Such means is in folk medicine, such as effective, but way more useful – they contain no chemical compounds or artificial additives.

Motherwort. 15 g of powdered herb per Cup of boiling water, to insist 30-40 minutes, take a tablespoon 3-5 times a day.

Thyme (creeping thyme). 15 g of dry powdered herb per Cup of boiling water, to insist half an hour, drink a tablespoon 3 times a day.

Make infusion of herbs creeping thyme. Preparation of infusion: 1 tablespoon of dried herb pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and insist in a sealed container, well-wrapped, 40 minutes, strain, add 30 drops of the tincture of the root of Astragalus. Drink this infusion for 4 doses during the day.

Wormwood. Teaspoon dry powdered herb in 2 cups of boiling water, to insist 2-3 hours, to drink a quarter Cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.

Knotweed (knotweed). 20 g of dry powdered herb per Cup of boiling water. To insist 2 hours. Drink a tablespoon 2-5 times a day.

Bearberry (bear ears). 10 g of dried leaves per Cup of water. Boil for 15 minutes, drink a tablespoon 5-6 times a day.

Clean two lemons, two oranges. Run them through a meat grinder. Add 4 tablespoons of honey. Take this mixture 1 tbsp. spoon three times a day before meals.

Beet juice mixed mixed with honey, take 100 ml 3-4 times a day for 10 days, long – for 200 ml per day for 3-4 weeks.
