The company explained that the new product is intended to demonstrate the future city cars.
Toyota i-TRILКонцепт Toyota i-TRIL was developed in collaboration with French design Studio ED2 from nice.
The concept, the interior is made with the landing formula 1+2, 2 with a length of 830 mm and a height of 1 460 mm equipped with a motor. Front track width is 1 200 mm, and the rear – 600 mm. Between the cab and the rear axle has a hinge that allows the body and the front wheels to lean, while the motorized rear wheels always remain perpendicular to the road. Reserve a Toyota i-TRIL on a single charge is 200 km away.
The control is via the left and right of the controller (joystick). Being in offline mode, transport informs about the upcoming tilt the cab by means of a light signal and recognize the voice to control the infotainment system.
The traditional instrument panel will replace two special display, which displays all the necessary information. Control of machine functions is carried out using voice commands.
About the possibility of running Toyota i-TRIL series is not reported.
