Law enforcement officers allowed the protesters to get to the Parliament building and the foam tent through the metal fence.
It is noted that approximately 22.15 law enforcement officers began to ignore activists with tents and foam. In the camp, a total of 400 participants, the procedure provide the same number of law enforcement officers.
Earlier, the police did not allow activists to sneak under the walls of Parliament the foam, tents and stoves.
As reported, on 17 October near the Verkhovna Rada gathered about four thousand people. The protesters demanded, in particular, to abolish parliamentary immunity, to create anti-corruption court and to introduce proportional electoral system with open lists.
On the night of 19 October in a tent camp near the Parliament, there were about 700 people.
