The asteroid belongs to the category of potentially dangerous because at the point of maximum approach distance will be less than 20 times higher than the distance to the moon. Namely, 10 times.
Asteroid 2017 MC4 opened in June this year, four times larger than the Chelyabinsk meteorite.
