Liver affect the entire immune system, but the American scientists have established from disease the liver effectively protects the regular consumption of marine fish.
Researchers from the University of California came to the conclusion that marine fish effectively protect the liver from the development of different diseases. Regular inclusion in the diet of marine fish occurs, as expressed by the scientists themselves, “blocking the liver from the penetration of pathogenic germs”.
Experts analyzed data of observations of people who ate fish and fish oil, and found that they were all marked reduction in the likelihood of fatty liver and occurrence of diabetes.
According to the authors of the study, the marine fish contains in its composition substances that reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood, and minimize the risk associated with the development of atherosclerosis. In particular, it contains easy to digest proteins and valuable amino acids. Regular consumption of sea fish helps to improve blood pressure and protects against hypertension, and normalizes the process of insulin production, thereby positively affecting the overall level of blood sugar.
From the available marine fish species experts the herring, flatfish, capelin, tuna, haddock. They feel useful, and canned fish – sardines, mackerel, saury.
