The Russian Government may set up a working group to prepare the new phase of pension reform, in which the age of the citizens pension will be increased to 70 years both for men and for women. The publication notes that the saving imbalances in the pension system is not only MPs. In this case, the Deputy Director of the Institute for social analysis and forecasting Ranhigs Vladimir Nazarov notes that while early to judge the outcome of the pension reform that has just begun. According to him, he knew nothing about any new increase of the retirement age. “I am more than sure that until 2028 to discuss this in public authorities in principle is meaningless. And after 2028 no hurry in further changes in the retirement age will not” — said Nazarov.
