Through the Russian social network “Vkontakte” can lead 13 million Ukrainian citizens.

He stated that in society there is a perception that the Russian security services spying through the keyhole, especially when it comes to social networks “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”, as well as anti-virus and accounting software 1C.
“If they did, that would not have worked successfully, and the state would not have, so they take significant action – scenario planning,” – said the expert.
Arestovich also explained the mechanism of action of special services, through which they influence people through social networks.

He noted that today the average psychological age of the Ukrainian user of Russian social networks is 11 years old. Before the events on the Maidan this number was 8.
“Now put yourself in the place of the Russian special services: 13 million social network users in Ukraine is 13 million warm sweet l in Hove, which God himself tells to deceive” – said arestovich.
“And now imagine that (Russia’s) goal is Ukraine, “sacred land”, and they concentrate on us all the resources. This state, which has billions of dollars from the sale of oil and gas. And all these efforts are directed to eat Ukraine”, – said the expert.
We will remind, on may 16 the President of Ukraine Poroshenko enacted NSDC decision on blocking of social networks “Vkontakte” and “Classmates” and other Russian resources on the territory of Ukraine, and already on 17 may, the presidential Decree entered into force.
Note, the prohibition of access to social networks “Schoolmates” and “Vkontakte” and “Yandex” in Ukraine to make, not later than June 1, 2017, the truth is may 17, some providers began to block Russian resources.
