Smoothies of spinach and seasonal summer berries, perfectly cleanses the body better than any medication.
In smoothies you can add almond or peanut butter, blueberries, mango, ginger or lemon. To drink this drink you need 2 – 2.5 hours after the main meal.
The recipe for smoothies with spinach and berries
ingredients:
3/4 Cup frozen strawberries;
1/2 Cup cucumber, peeled and chopped;
1 large frozen banana, sliced;
1/2 Cup almond milk
1/2 Cup Kale (curly cabbage) without stems (you can substitute spinach)
A large handful of spinach;
preparation:
1. Mix in a blender with almond milk, banana and greens. Need to shoot down at high speed.
2. Add the strawberries and cucumber. Beat again until smooth. Optionally, you can add a bit more milk or ice.
However, do not add too much liquid: the flavor and color of the drink was rich, the consistency should be fairly thick.
