This affordable tool will help to improve memory

Smell of rosemary improves memory in adults and children.

Staff at Northumbria University found that the smell of rosemary helps to strengthen cognitive abilities in General and memory in particular.

The volunteers performed the task of checking the quality of the memory first being in a room with no smell. Then they were in the room filled with the smell of rosemary.

Was when people felt the smell of rosemary, they improved the performance of memory tests with 5% to 7%.

According to scientists, the smell of rosemary improves memory in adults and children.

However, the level of impact of rosemary on each person is different and for some people it does not affect.
