These mistakes will guarantee you problems with your teeth

Dentists pointed out the most common mistakes made by people in the process of dental care.

From childhood we are taught to brush their teeth morning and evening, rinse your mouth after meals, to floss and so on. In stores we offer whitening and medicated toothpastes, but for some reason, the teeth still rot. It turns out that the vast majority of adults and consequently the children make some egregious errors, which in consequence lead to problems with teeth.

Dentists pointed out the mistakes that can cost us the teeth in the truest sense of the word:

1. Improper position of the toothbrush during brushing. Very often people are brush horizontally on the teeth and do not perform any action. 4. Don’t change your toothbrush for months or years. This is the most common mistake. Almost nobody adheres to the rules of replacement brushes every three months, but if a person just started to use the new brush and suddenly got sick with a viral illness, after recovery it should be replaced, as the bristles can continue to breed bacteria.

5. Teeth cleaning only brush. Dentists are sounding the alarm, because most people don’t even know what dental floss and oral irrigator. Flossing should be enjoyed by all without exception, so as soon as she can clean the spaces between the teeth. But if there are dentures, braces, and there are deep periodontal pockets, that no irrigator will not do. And this despite the fact that teeth first brush, then floss, and an irrigator, the only way your teeth will be perfectly clean.

6. The rejection of the evening brushing. Many people do not consciously brush my teeth before bed and go to sleep with a bunch of food residues in the mouth that promote bacterial growth and tooth decay, and bad breath.

7. Frequent use of whitening toothpastes. First, abrasive particles in the composition of toothpaste scratch the enamel. Secondly, whitening toothpaste needs to choose a dentist based on the condition of your teeth and whether you apply a paste.
