There were photos of the world’s first folding electric car

“Autotransformer” will be presented November 1 at the exhibition in tel Aviv.

The Israeli company City Transformer designed and assembled the first folding electric car. By pressing the wheelbase “City transformer” is reduced from 1.48 m to 1 m. Due to this the car is in the Parking lot no more space than a motorcycle.

Double electric car speeds up to 90 km/h City Transformer equipped with an aluminum chassis. The weight of the electric car without battery is only 450 kg. the Developers have not yet decided which battery to equip the machine.

The basic model will cost about $10 million In the estimated cost is not yet included battery and taxes.

The company plans to develop three-seat model, designed for one adult and two children as well as single version.

The novelty will present at the international exhibition of Fuel Choices and Smart Mobility Summit, to be held on 31 October and 1 November in tel Aviv.
