For the first nine months of 2018, the volume of put into operation of housing in Kyiv decreased by 45%, and in Kiev region – 33%. This is according to the financial stability Report National Bank of Ukraine.
At the same time, for the first three quarters of last year, the number of constructed apartments in the capital has almost doubled since last year, there were a reduced rate of equity participation.
In addition, 10 June 2017 introduced a new classification of buildings and the procedure for obtaining documentation for them. All this has stimulated developers to quickly enter the facility.
According to the NBU, in Ukraine during this period, the volume of commissioned housing decreased by 36%.
Because of the uncertainty of the regulatory environment in the first nine months of 2018, the number of permits issued for the construction of apartment buildings has decreased by 85% . According to analysts, the NBU, the housing construction may slow in the future.
At the same time, new housing supply has become more diversified by regions: the share of Kyiv and region in the total amount adopted in the operation of multi-family housing dropped from 41% in the THIRD quarter of last year to 38% in January-September of 2018. In addition, in the capital decreased slightly, the proportion of one-bedroom apartments and increased the share of three bedroom.
