Despite the spending cuts of the US State Department, in 2018 year, Ukraine may receive more than 410 million dollars of assistance from the us Department of state.
It is provided by the draft law on allocations for the needs of the Department of State, foreign operations and related programs for the 2018 fiscal year.
“According to the draft estimates of assistance to Ukraine under the state Department and agencies maintained at the level of 2017 – in an amount not less 410,465 million dollars”, – said in the message released by the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine to the United States on Friday, July 14.
Funding programs aimed at strengthening national security program foreign military financing, provides at least the level of 2017. In addition, the bill provides for the possibility of granting Ukraine credit guarantees.
